The First State Symphonic Band welcomes all of those who play band instruments. Our band consists of high school students, college students, and adults (some young, some old). The common thread is enjoyment of music. We rehearse on Thursday nights, 7:30-:9:30, at Newark High School. We do about 12 concerts per year so playing in the band is a great way to share your love of music with the community.
